Let's Get Physical: 21 Day Challenge

I recently read that a way to form a habit is kicking off with a 21 Day Challenge...breaking large tasks into smaller one's is always a less overwhelming way to go! And getting fit is no exception...
I am sure that some of you out there have 'get fit...get healthy' on your resolution list so why not, for the next 21 Days commit to a list of personal goals?
Limit your goal list to 6 and when you have conquered these, add to your list but only after 21 days!
Don't overwhelm yourself, start off small and notice how great you feel, with just small changes it will motivate you!
Your goals could include eating breakfast everyday, exercising for 30 minutes everyday, eating carbs only during the day, being in bed by 10.30pm every night...
If you need further motivation try adding a few pieces to your work out wardrobe...
